1. Who May Buy
You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority where you live, if higher — to use this Site or purchase products. By ordering, you represent that you meet that requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. What Our Products Are — and Are Not
This section matters. Read it together with our Product & Health Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms.
- Our products are peptide compounds marketed as animal supplements for dogs, cats, and horses. They are not drugs, they are not approved by or evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- Nothing on this Site is veterinary medical advice. All content is general education only. Always consult a licensed veterinarian before giving any product to an animal.
- Our products are intended for animal use only and are not for human consumption or use.
- Our products are made in the USA by a certified US laboratory partner and are third-party tested. Testing addresses identity and purity — it is not FDA approval and not proof of any health outcome.
- You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of your state, county, and country, and with the rules of any competition, racing, or show body that governs your animals.
3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
- Every order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, and we will refund any amount charged for items we don't ship.
- Prices, promotions, and availability can change without notice. We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel affected orders, even after an order confirmation has been sent.
- You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the payment method you provide for the order total, including shipping and any applicable taxes.
- Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of the package.
- Products are for personal use with your own animals. Resale or redistribution requires our prior written consent.
4. Shipping and Returns
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
5. Email and Communications
If you join our email list — including through a discount offer such as 15% off your first order — you agree to receive marketing emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every marketing email. Order confirmations and other transactional messages are not marketing and will still be sent. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, including email signups and chatbot conversations, and how we use it.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for anything unlawful, or in violation of these Terms;
- interfere with the Site's operation, security, or other users;
- scrape, crawl, or bulk-copy the Site except as allowed by our robots.txt;
- submit false, misleading, abusive, or infringing content, including fake reviews;
- attempt to obtain products for human use.
We may refuse service, cancel orders, or block access for violations.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site and everything on it — text, photography, design, logos, and product names — is owned by Pure Pet Peptide or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site for personal shopping and information. Any other use requires our written permission.
8. Reviews and User Content
If you submit a review, photo, or other content, you represent that it's yours, that it reflects your genuine experience, and that it doesn't violate anyone else's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and adapt that content in connection with our business, including in marketing. We may remove content at our discretion.
9. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that peptide supplementation in animals involves inherent uncertainty, that scientific research into these compounds is ongoing and incomplete, and that individual animals respond differently. You assume all risk arising from the purchase, handling, storage, and administration of our products, and from any decision to give a product to an animal — particularly a decision made without first consulting a licensed veterinarian.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY PRODUCT WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT IN ANY ANIMAL.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PURE PET PEPTIDE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR VETERINARY EXPENSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE, THESE TERMS, OR ANY PRODUCT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT OR ORDER AT ISSUE. SOME STATES DON'T ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pure Pet Peptide from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Disputes: Arbitration, Class-Action Waiver, and Governing Law
- Talk to us first. Before filing anything, email support@purepetpeptide.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally. Most problems get fixed here.
- Binding arbitration. Any dispute not resolved informally will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator may award the same relief a court could, on an individual basis.
- Individual claims only — class-action waiver. Disputes must be brought on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action, and the arbitrator may not combine claims.
- Carve-outs. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual-property misuse.
- Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@purepetpeptide.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, clearly stating that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out doesn't affect any other part of these Terms.
- Governing law. These Terms and any dispute are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. For any matter not subject to arbitration, the exclusive venue is the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. The "Last updated" date shows the version in force. Changes apply to Site use after posting; orders already accepted remain governed by the Terms in effect when they were placed.
